Welcome to one of our three Florence locations. Located at 3223 W Palmetto Street, this location is packed with everything you need to reach any fitness goal.
With over 17,000 square feet of free weights, cardio equipment, cable machines, tanning booths, group fitness floor, and more, our Florence Palmetto Coed location truly has something for everyone.
All of our gyms are open 24x7 to members via keycard. So make sure you check out our other Florence locations -- Second Loop St Coed and Second Loop Ladies Only! If you need staff assistance, gym staff are available at each location during set hours which can be viewed here. Amenities
Unlimited Tanning
Tanning is available to all members and included with gym membership. Our Florence Coed location has three tanning rooms that are available to members during staffed hours. Tanning goggles are required.
Childcare Hours
Childcare hours are available for members with children ages 0-11 included on the family plan. Childcare is also available for an additional cost ($10 per child) for members not included in a family plan. Childcare hours per location can be viewed here.

Group Fitness
Our Florence Palmetto Street Coed location has a huge group fitness floor, and it is the home of some amazing evening fitness classes every week! Bootcamp, Dance Fitness, High Fitness, and more are available here every week. All classes are included with membership. Checkout the schedule here.
