40 hours/week at multiple locations.

Fitness Worldwide Gyms is hiring a dependable, full-time team member to support operations across multiple locations. This position is guaranteed 40 hours per week and follows a rotating schedule that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Applicants should be able to travel to our 10 locations as needed.

Position Overview

The full-time team member will rotate between locations and responsibilities based on operational needs. This role plays an important part in maintaining a positive experience for our members by supporting the team wherever help is needed.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service and support to gym members
Assist with front desk check-ins and basic member needs
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Support daily operations across multiple locations
Step into different roles as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Represent Fitness Worldwide Gyms in a professional manner

Requirements

Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working a rotating weekly schedule
Able to adapt to different responsibilities and locations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Self-motivated and dependable
Willingness to learn multiple roles within the organization
