I’m from Florence, SC and graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Exercise Science. I have experience helping those who have just completed various rehabilitations -- such as injuries or medical conditions. I also have experience with beginners, exercise, and sports conditioning. I have ACSM personal training certification.
