I played sports throughout my childhood, into high school and even college. I worked out because we had to. I didn’t really enjoy being in the gym or even really start to live a healthy lifestyle till my athletic career was over. Since then I’ve learned a lot about health and nutrition and really feel like I’m only getting better each and every day. I’ve learned that when you become more fit your quality of life increases as well. I just want to help everyone be the best versions of themselves possible.
