Come check out my cardio sculpt class. We get started with 35min of circuit intervals followed by 20min of abs. We use our resistance bands to increase our strength for the last 10 minutes of class! See you soon!

We keep you moving through punches, kicks and other martial arts moves while getting those heart rates up and metabolisms kicking into gear.

Whether you enjoy sprinting up hill, or going for a leisurely walk, run club accommodates to all fitness levels. Why run alone when you could be part of a group? Run Club focuses on getting individuals moving. Regardless of your pace, you are still lapping those on the couch. Being a part of Run Club includes speed and endurance training, hill repeats, and a lot of fun.

It is a class for all levels and body types.  We always have modifications for anything that my be difficult.  It is putting strength training and cardio together.  We have 50 songs that we move around so that you don't come to the same class twice!  Each week we target a muscle group.  Your first visit I will ask you to use a lite kettle bell until you get familiar with our routines!  We believe we are getting stronger together!!

Core strength is a 30 minute class of real core-focused work. We work on toning and defining the entire core to strengthen the back which can improve posture and abdominal strength. Exercises are performed lying on the floor and sometimes standing. Exercises are easy enough to learn at the gym and use at home.

Kettlebells

Join us for a mixture of skills building and high intensity circuit training making for both a fun and challenging experience. The intensity of the session can be modified by using different sizes of kettlebells or by changing the number of repetitions, and I always offer modifications for anyone with any limitations. For these reasons beginners and those with experience can participate in the same class. Kettlebell training will build long lean muscles, improve strength and power, and increase coordination, mobility and overall endurance. I do not repeat the same routines, so it is always something new, fresh, and exciting!

Knockout BootCamp

Real Serious Boot camp is a combination of cardio, agility, and strength. Workouts are mostly body weight exercises in a circuit with little rest. Dynamic stretches begin the workout and end with stretching to complete the superhuman experience.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp lasts anywhere between 20-40 minutes In this class you’ll be exposed to interval training with several types of moves and you’ll see a combination of intense moves to less intense moves with a variety of cardio and weights. The workout changes daily in order to keep your body guessing therefore keep it working hard and burning calories. All levels are welcome! We will begin with a warm up, followed by the main workout and finishing up with a quick cool down.

HIIT IT

High intensity interval training is an effective training method that BLAST away fat! HIIT training is a fast way to burn fat in a short period of time. The best part of all, your body continues burning calories even after the workout is over. If you are looking for a quick, yet effective way to burn fat, then give HIIT IT a try.
